Join us in the Staffordshire countryside for a weekend of joyful movement, deep nourishment, and true restoration. This Spring, step into a luxurious countryside escape and reconnect with your body, mind, and soul through dance, wellness, and rest.
Hosted by Amy Dowden MBE and Functional Nutritionist Abi Owens, the retreat is an invitation to slow down, move with joy, eat beautifully, and take time just for you.
Designed as an intentionally intimate, small-group experience, the weekend is shared together, from movement and workshops to meals and meaningful moments in between.
